Jaye was inspired to start a career as a carer at 18 looking after the frail and elderly with dementia, after her Nan was diagnosed with the same condition. 

As well as caring, she is practical and organised and worked her way up to team leader.  Jaye says “I love going above and beyond for people, I thrive off of the feeling it gives me making someone happy.  But I also love a list - ask my friends!” And it was her passion for organisation which lead her to her new career at Prime Progression as our Admin Support Assistant.  

Demi began life in Estate Agency after she left University back in 2018.  and worked her way up to senior sales negotiator.  Seeking a new challenge she wanted to remain in the industry she loves so much. Her passion for property really shines through and Demi feels her former agency experience gives her insight into her role as a Sales Progressor for Prime Demi says, “I love that no two days are the same and building relationships with clients is lovely, especially when you share their excitement at the end of the transaction.”
