With over 20 years experience in property, Emma understands the challenges your estate agency faces. Demi began life in Estate Agency after she left University back in 2018 and worked her way up to Senior Sales Negotiator. Seeking a new challenge in the industry, Demi joined us at Prime Progression. Her passion for property and people really shines through and Demi feels her former agency experience supports her role as a Sales Progressor. Demi says, “I love that no two days are the same and building relationships with clients is lovely, especially when you share their excitement at the end of the transaction.”

  Ellen began her career in hospitality with a heavy customer facing role, building relationships with clients. She transferred those skills into a Sales Negotiator role before realising that sales progression was the part she enjoyed most. Ellen's experience working closely with both sellers and buyers from start to finish gives her valuable insight into the challenges faced throughout the property process. Highly organised and detail-oriented, Ellen thrives on complex transactions.

Ellen explains “I understand that buying and selling property can be one of the most stressful times for clients. Being able to solve problems and turn that stress into calm is incredibly rewarding. I enjoy building strong relationships with clients and want them to know I am doing everything I can to support them.”

Jaye has an inspirational career background in caring for the frail and elderly. Her caring, practical and organised nature transferred seamlessly into Jaye's new role at Prime Progression in 2022 as Sales Progression Support.
